Personal Training ONLY
Personal training only packages are ideal for the individual or couple who have the AlphaSonic unit at-home, for personal use. Recommendations for at-home AlphaSonic use and additional fitness activities are included. AlphaSonic units are available for purchase. A unit is not required for participation in personal training programs, but its use is highly recommended because results are achieved in a fraction of the time.
